No. Zero commission — your profit stays entirely yours (current first-merchant policy).
What currency is used for payment?
Settlement is in New Israeli Shekels (₪) — no currency conversion risk.
Can I also sell to customers outside Israel?
Not at this stage. The initial model is Israeli sellers to Israeli consumers only. International shipping is not supported.
What is the payment cycle?
15 days after the buyer confirms receipt. Early payout is available (subject to approval and risk review).
Are there product-category restrictions?
No category restrictions (except special categories requiring approval). Up to 6 stores per business entity.
Who is responsible for taxes?
Sellers are responsible for Israeli tax compliance, including VAT registration (18%) and reporting. Annual turnover above ₪120,000 requires Osek Murshe registration. The platform does not withhold or collect VAT for local sellers.
What happens if products aren't uploaded within 30 days?
The store will be deactivated. It is recommended to upload the first batch within 5 days of account approval.

How are delivery times measured?
Delivery SLAs are measured by Israeli working days (Sunday through Thursday). Saturday (Shabbat) is not counted.
What is the returns process?
Returns are sent back to the seller's warehouse. The seller can choose whether to participate in the customer mediation step or leave it to the platform.
How to start quickly?
Three steps: ① Prepare in-stock inventory in an Israeli warehouse ② After onboarding, join the Early Bird program with well-priced products to earn traffic subsidies ③ Reach out via the bot for any operational question.
